Tuna Salad

 

Ingredients:

85gm tin tuna in springwater, Drained
1 cup shredded Cos lettuce
3 cherry tomatoes, diced
4-5 Kalamata Olives
1 Tbsp toasted Pinenuts
1 tsp Chia Seeds
1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
ΒΌ Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
Directions:

1. Place the lettuce in a bowl and top with the drained tuna, tomatoes, olives, pinenuts and chia.

2. Mix the olive oil and balsamic in a jar. Dress the salad just before serving.
