Protein Smoothie


1 cup water
½ baby Cos Lettuce
½ banana
½ green apple
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 teaspoon extra virgin coconut oil


1. Roughly chop the lettuce and fruit.

2. In a high powered blender add the water, ice and lettuce. Blend for 2-3 minutes. Add all the remaining ingredients and blend for a further 2-3 minutes (it may take longer if using a regular blender), until smooth.

3. Serve immediately in a tall glass.
