Hot Chocolate & Peanut Butter (serves 2 – 3)

Hot Chocolate & Peanut Butter
• 400 mL (13 ounces) coconut milk
• 125 mL (4 ounces) almond milk
• Stevia to taste (1/8 tsp)
• 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
• ½ cup raw cacao powder
• Pinch of Celtic Sea Salt
1. In a saucepan, combine all the ingredients and whisk over medium heat.

2. Bring the mixture to a boil, while continuously whisking, then simmer for several minutes.

3. Serve hot in mugs.
