Gluten Free Bread with Goat’s Cheese, Tomato & Rocket


This is a very easy, healthy and yummy way to start the day. It has protein, fats and a few serves of vegetables!

1 Tbsp goat’s cheese

1 Roma tomato, sliced

1 slice rice bread (or any gluten free, soy free breads)

Handful of rocket to top

Toast bread. Spread with goat’s cheese.
Place the tomato on top of the bread.
Add celtic sea salt and pepper to taste.
Top with the handful of rocket and enjoy.
