Banana Blueberry Parfait

What a deliciously decadent way to start the day! It’s super quick and easy. Very satisfying and will keep you energy up for hours.
While this is a breakfast dish it can also double as a healthy dessert on those nights you just need something a little sweet.

Banana Blueberry Parfait

• ½ cup blueberries (fresh or thawed from frozen)
• ½ banana, sliced
• ½ cup fruit free Gluten Free granola
• 3 ounces natural Greek yoghurt

1. Layer one half of the blueberries in the bottom of the glass.

2. Next, layer on half of the banana slices, followed by half of the granola and half of the yoghurt.

3. Continue to layer on the rest of the blueberries, banana, granola and yoghurt.
